No production line

Every build starts and ends in our Chertsey workshop. We don't outsource the joinery, electrics, or upholstery. One team, one standard. You're welcome to visit mid-build.

Materials chosen to last, not to photograph

European oak, walnut, brass, and natural wool. Most of the industry uses finishes that look great on launch day and fade in eighteen months. Ours improve with use.

A warranty we actually honour

Two-year comprehensive cover on every conversion. Called in five times in six years. We have never sent an invoice. The warranty exists because we stand behind the work, not because a solicitor told us to.

The process

Specified, drawn, built.

Sixteen weeks from spec to handover. Three site visits, two design reviews, weekly progress photographs through every stage of the build.

    Wk 1–2

    Spec

    A long conversation. We come out to you, or you visit the workshop. Base vehicle, layout, materials, power, budget.

  2. — 02
    Wk 3–5

    Design

    Hand-drawn layouts, finishes presented physically — wood samples, fabric swatches, brass fittings. Two reviews.

  3. — 03
    Wk 6–14

    Build

    Nine weeks in the workshop. Weekly progress photographs. Two site visits welcome. Full transparency.

  4. — 04
    Wk 15–16

    Handover

    Three days with us. Half a day of training, an overnight stay in the camper, then it's yours.
